Need a document notarized but can’t meet a notary in person?
Texas law allows documents to be notarized securely over live video using Remote Online Notarization (RON). This means you can complete a notarization from anywhere in the world as long as the notary is located in Texas.
I provide secure remote notarization sessions that are quick, convenient, and legally recognized.
The process is simple and usually takes about 10–15 minutes.
You send the document that needs to be notarized.
This can be a PDF or a photo of the document.
Before the notarization begins, you will complete a short identity verification process. This usually includes:
• Uploading a photo of your government ID
• Answering a few identity questions
• A brief credential check
This protects both you and the notarization.
We connect through a secure online video platform.
During the session:
• I confirm your identity
• You sign the document electronically
• I apply my official Texas electronic notary seal
The entire session is recorded as required by Texas law.
Once completed, you receive a legally notarized PDF immediately.
You can then print or send the document wherever it is needed.
Many common documents can be notarized remotely, including:
• Affidavits
• Powers of Attorney
• Real estate documents
• Contracts
• Medical forms
• Permission letters
• Identity statements
If you are unsure whether your document can be notarized online, feel free to ask.
You can be located anywhere during the notarization:
• Anywhere in Texas
• Anywhere in the United States
• Even outside the United States
The only requirement is that the notary must be physically located in Texas during the session.
Remote notarization in Texas is governed by state law and includes multiple safeguards:
• Identity verification
• Secure encrypted platform
• Video recording of the session
• Digital certificate and tamper-evident seal
These protections make online notarization very secure and widely accepted.
Typical remote notarization sessions range from $40–$75 depending on the number of documents.
You will always receive the full price before scheduling.
If you need a document notarized quickly, I’d be glad to help.
